Last week I posted about my love of holiday movies and books. I’m particularly fond of holiday romances, but I’m partial to holiday mysteries too. In last week’s post I asked for your recommendations, and I certainly want to hear about your favorite books and holiday movies, so drop in at that post and tell me more!
But this week I want to hear all about the holiday stories you’ve written! Doesn’t matter if they were published this year or in years past, I want to know all about them! Drop your links, share your blurbs and teasers. SHOW ME THE STORIES!
I’d love to make this the ultimate 2021 Holiday Book Shopping List!
As much as I love holiday romances, I haven’t actually written one myself. Maybe next year! The closest I’ve come is my snowed-in paranormal romance, Ghost of a Chance. She’s a fangirl with a dark secret. His inner wolf isn’t speaking to him. Pitted against each other for an valuable inheritance, cut off from the outside world, they must learn to work together when a series of increasingly dangerous events threatens their lives. When it becomes clear that these incidents aren’t accidental, who can they trust?
Like snowed-in stories? Then check it out!
But PLEASE leave me your holiday book links!!
This isn’t a holiday romance per se, but it starts with the 1914 Christmas Truce, and the guys catch up again in 1920s just before Christmas.
A chance meeting they never forgot.
Six years after meeting British soldier Aiden Foster during the Christmas Truce of 1914, Jochen Weber still finds himself thinking about Aiden, their shared conversation about literature, and Aiden’s beautiful singing voice. A visit to London gives Jochen the opportunity to search for Aiden, but he’s shocked at what he finds.
The uniform button Jochen gave him is the only thing Aiden has left of the past he’s lost. The war and its aftermath ripped everything away from him, including his family and his music. When Jochen reappears in his life, Aiden enjoys their growing friendship but knows he has nothing to offer. Not anymore.
Author’s note: This story was originally released by another publisher. This edition has some added content, and uses UK spelling to reflect its setting.

Hey, that works for me! And it sounds AMAZING, so I’m off to Amazon to grab a copy NOW. 🙂
Thank you! <3
I’ve got two. Mishaps & Mistletoe is from my Potions world and is a Christmas story. What Are You Doing New Year’s Eve? is (obviously) a New Year’s story, and that one’s in my Sass and Steam series, so it’s early 1900s and in this case in NYC.
Awesome! Yay! We don’t get enough NYE stories!
I’ve got a holiday romance novella called Secret Angel.
Doctoral student Hannah Wagganer has big dreams of leaving her hometown of Glen Arbor behind to teach at a large university. That is, until Jasper Morgan, the new mail carrier, arrives in town. Not only does he send Hannah’s heart racing, but he creates an instant bond with her cat, Jingles.
While Hannah is busy preparing for the church’s candlelight Christmas Eve service and running the family store, she keeps bumping into Jasper—right in front of the prying eyes of the locals, who suspect there’s more going on than business as usual.
But then, a series of unexpected blessings occurs that changes the town’s focus: first, an anonymous donor pays to have the church furnace repaired, and then other locals suddenly find solutions to their problems. Is it coincidental, or the work of a secret angel?
Eeee! I love this premise! Thank you for sharing! I’m going to go check it out. 🙂
A Gift for Adam ~ Sensible Evie, devilish Adam and a Christmas package mix-up in a hilarious holiday romp!
Home and Garden assistant manager Evie Strand has painstakingly embroidered a set of seven thongs as a gag gift for her best friend—only she brought the wrong box to the store Christmas party, and now Adam Grant from Automotive is holding them up for everyone to see: Kiss my…, Tight Fit—could things get any worse? Adam may seem like a total rake, but he can tell Evie’s deeply embarrassed and he resolves to make it up to her. Who knew where a simple dinner date would lead?
LOL! Sounds like something I would do by mistake! Now I want to know what happens next!
Bells, Spells and Murders is book # 7 in my Witch City Mystery series .In this Christmas Cozy, Lee Barrett has landed her dream job at Salem’s WICH-TV. As a field reporter she’ll be covering events live, as they’re unfolding. On her list is an interview with the beloved chairman of a popular walking tour through Salem’s historic districts. But it may be his ghost walking this snowy Noel after Lee finds him murdered in his stately offices, bloody Santa hat askew. With her police detective boyfriend working the case and a witch’s brew of suspects–including some bell-ringing Santas, Lee chaises down leads aided and abetted by her wise cat O’Ryan and some unsettling psychic visions of her own.

The first Christmas book in my Lesbian Diaries series has arrived and it’s called NOELLE’S DIARY.
